I wish I could talk to you
but I can't tell you what I'm feeling
what am I supposed to do?
if I open up you'll leave me reeling
it always happens like this
if I share my soul I will get hurt
why can't I find happiness?
I feel like I'm made out of dirt
you seem to worry
you seem to care
but after a while
you're no longer there
for me
you won't understand me
you won't like me anymore
why can't I be free?
I want to step out that door
